One of our clients in Central San Diego is seeking a professional and experienced Residential Community Manger.
Essential duties and responsibilities include managing the operations of the property which include leasing, pricing, resident retention, rentals, collections, payables, resident relations, office management, proposal/contract review, property inspections, financial reporting, creation and management of annual operating budget and capital budget, and oversight of leasing, maintenance, and financial operations. The Community Manager will work very closely with the Maintenance Manager, and Assistant Manager to ensure strategic operations and goals are being met.
The ideal candidate will have Min. 5-7+ years of multifamily management experience, including oversight of large scale properties (400-500+ units preferred), proven experience managing Class B assets or better, strong financial acumen, with demonstrated experience with budgeting and forecasting, and in Depth knowledge of LL/Tenant laws in California, to include Fair Housing regulations.
