  • $58,200 to $58,200
  • Reno, 89501

We’re looking for a resilient, self-starting professional with a soldier mindset. Someone who embraces the grind, rolls up their sleeves, and thrives on getting the job done.

The Role:
As our Community Manager, you’ll do more than oversee operations—you’ll be at the heart of a multifamily community’s day-to-day success. This is a unique opportunity to help transition a property from analog to digital systems, drive onsite performance, and contribute to broader company initiatives. If you're someone who leads by doing, adapts quickly, and finds satisfaction in solving problems, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily onsite operations, leasing, and administrative functions
• Partner with and support maintenance teams to ensure timely work orders and upkeep
• Drive rent collection efforts and enforce community standards
• Manage resident move-ins, move-outs, and unit turns with efficiency
• Assist in managing budgets, reporting, and adherence to financial goals
• Build a welcoming, respectful, and responsive environment for residents and staff

What You Bring:
• Prior property management or leasing experience required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property compliance basics

Why This Role?
You’ll be part of a company that values drive, resilience, and action. You won’t be micromanaged—you’ll be trusted to lead, contribute, and grow both the property and yourself.
