Community Association Paralegal (Hybrid – Florida)
Location: Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Sarasota, Fort Lauderdale
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Salary: $65,000–$75,000
Work Setup: Hybrid after 90 days
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Community Association Paralegal to support attorneys handling HOA and condominium law matters. This role is ideal for an organized paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Comprehensive training on systems and processes is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare demand letters and statutory pre-suit mediation notices
Draft annual, special, and board meeting notice packages
Prepare board resolutions, amendments, recall and special assessment packages
Record documents via Simplifile and prepare client correspondence
Review and organize HOA and condominium governing documents
Maintain MRTA logs, prepare Notices to Preserve and revitalization packages
Order title searches and governing documents (ATIDS)
Qualifications
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience in community association, HOA, condominium, or real estate law preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
