Job Title: Community Association Paralegal
Location: Orlando (Hybrid after 90 days; also open to Tampa, Miami, Sarasota, Lauderdale)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Community Association Paralegal to support a fast-paced legal team focused on community association matters. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, professional environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
This role includes comprehensive training on specialized legal software and internal processes to ensure success and expertise in the position.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare demand letters and pre-suit mediation correspondence
Prepare annual and special meeting notice packages
Draft board meeting notices, board resolutions, and client correspondence
Assist with certificates of amendment and related filings
Manage document rewrite and revision projects
Record legal documents and prepare client transmittal communications
Prepare amendment packages, notices, and cover letters
Coordinate special assessment and recall packages
Maintain association Q&A documents and client records
Order title searches and governing documents as needed
Review and verify accuracy of condominium and homeowner association governing documents
Maintain Marketable Records Title Act (MRTA) logs and related compliance tracking
Prepare revitalization packages and notice-to-preserve documentation
Support administrative and legal workflow for association clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in community association or related legal work
