We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll support advisors, build strong client relationships, and ensure renewals and service requests are handled accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do
• Manage stewardship and pre-renewal meetings with advisors and clients
• Identify and support cross-sell opportunities (Cyber, EPLI, Umbrella, ERISA, etc.)
• Ensure same-day turnaround for Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Distribute pre-renewal summaries and reports to advisors
• Maintain accurate records in EPIC and other systems
• Provide professional, solutions-focused support to clients and teammates
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management or similar role
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and renewal processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate client needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• EPIC or agency management system experience preferred
• Insurance licenses required
