Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Retail Property Manager, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage property budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Negotiate and manage lease agreements,
renewals, and tenant improvements.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in commercial retail property management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of lease agreements, property operations, and financial management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in property management software and tools.
A real estate license or relevant certification (preferred but not required).
