We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate closings from file opening through post-closing, including documentation, coordination, deadlines, and file organization.
- Draft, review, proofread, and revise correspondence, transaction documents, closing documents, and other legal materials.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and other transaction parties to support timely and accurate closings.
- Organize due diligence materials, title and survey documents, closing checklists, signature pages, and related transaction files.
- Track critical dates, closing requirements, deliverables, follow-up items, and post-closing obligations.
- Support a busy real estate practice with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and client service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Location: Orlando, FL 32801.
- Work arrangement: In office only. No remote work.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage commercial real estate closing files from start to finish.
- Coordinate transactional documents, closing checklists, due diligence materials, title documents, and post-closing items.
- Support attorneys with sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, title companies, and other involved parties.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate closings, due diligence, title, survey, and closing documentation.
- Excellent drafting, proofreading, document review, and file organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and transaction details with accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional client service approach.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in office as part of a collaborative legal team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior law firm experience supporting a commercial real estate practice.
- Experience coordinating with lenders, title companies, surveyors, and closing agents.
- Familiarity with complex commercial transactions, closing binders, and post-closing follow-up.
- Paralegal certificate or related legal education is preferred but not required unless otherwise specified.
