Prestigious full-service law firm—serving clients locally, nationally, and internationally—is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our busy real estate practice. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive and collegial attitude, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
This role requires substantial transactional experience in commercial real estate, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to draft, review, and proofread correspondence, transaction documents, and other legal materials.

Responsibilities
Support attorneys with commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
Draft, review, and proofread real estate documents, correspondence, and closing materials
Manage checklists, timelines, critical dates, and due diligence
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and other parties
Conduct research and maintain organized files and documentation
Utilize firm systems, research tools, and technology platforms efficiently
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience (Required)
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and closing processes
Excellent drafting, proofreading, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Familiarity with law firm processes, procedures, and research tools
Proficient with relevant IT systems and legal software
Team-oriented, professional, and proactive attitude
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (with flexibility for additional hours as needed)
