We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with at least 5 years of law firm experience to join our team. This role supports a high-level commercial real estate practice and requires strong title and survey skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review closing and loan documents, including UCC filings.
Coordinate closings, manage checklists, and prepare signature packages.
Order and review title and survey documents, and prepare related summaries and objection letters.
Gather due diligence materials and conduct zoning and lease reviews.
File and record documents, prepare closing binders, and handle post-closing tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
Strong technical, written, and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle fast-paced, detail-driven work.
Must work onsite during core hours, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
