?? Responsibilities
• Draft and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and real estate transaction documents
• Manage and assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
• Coordinate due diligence, title and survey reviews, closings, and post-closing matters
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and outside parties
• Maintain organized files and transaction timelines

? Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience (required)
• Strong understanding of real estate transactional processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with law firm procedures, document management systems, and legal research tools
