Job Summary

A respected law firm in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its growing legal team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong commercial real estate transaction experience who is looking for long-term career growth, meaningful client work, and a collaborative professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and financing agreements.
- Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract negotiation through due diligence, closing, and post-closing matters.
- Review title commitments, surveys, closing documents, due diligence materials, and related transaction documentation.
- Advise clients on commercial real estate matters, including development, land use, zoning, regulatory issues, and transactional risk.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to keep transactions moving efficiently.
- Manage multiple active matters while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.

Compensation and Benefits

- $140,000 to $170,000 per year, plus performance bonus.
