Commercial Property Manager / Accountant

We’re looking for a Commercial Property Manager with strong accounting expertise to manage a portfolio of properties across Orange County and Inland Empire. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who understands both property operations and the financial side (credit/debit, accruals, rent posting).

If you’re someone who can confidently manage tenants, vendors, and budgets—while also owning the books—this is your role.

?? What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties from corporate office
Manage tenant and vendor communication (including after-hours calls)
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements
Conduct site inspections and oversee tenant improvements
Prepare monthly tenant billings and maintain rent rolls
Post rent & cash receipts (REQUIRED experience)
Review, code, and process invoices
Create journal entries and manage accrual accounting
Assist with annual budgets and variance tracking
Maintain lease files and ensure compliance
? What You Bring:
3+ years Commercial Property Management experience (required)
3+ years Accounting/Bookkeeping experience OR related degree (required)
Strong understanding of:
Rent posting, cash receipts
Credit/debit accounting
Journal entries & accruals
Experience with Sage or similar software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Comfortable in an open office environment and taking after-hours calls
? Bonus:
Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Property Management
Experience managing OC & IE portfolios
