One of our clients in San Diego is seeking a seasoned and professional Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for all aspects of property management, including the preparation of annual operating budgets and reforecasts, monthly accounting accruals, review and analysis of financial statements, preparation of variance reports and monthly management reports, and coordinating client back-charges for contractor services.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of Class “A” office management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably an RPA, CPM, or other industry designation. Experience with computerized accounting systems such as MRI, Yardi, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
