We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee Class “A” office properties in San Diego. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality property management services while maintaining strong tenant relationships and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily property operations and tenant satisfaction
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Coordinate with leasing and property management teams
Conduct tenant showings and property inspections
Handle client back-charges and contractor coordination

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of Class “A” office management experience
Bachelor’s Degree required; RPA, CPM, or similar preferred
Experience with MRI, Yardi, or other accounting systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
