We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in the Charleston area. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels in tenant relations, property operations, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
Oversee lease administration, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance
Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations
Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and asset performance

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience (required)
Strong understanding of lease agreements, budgeting, and property operations
Excellent communication and tenant relationship management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of local market trends and regulations

Preferred (Not Required):

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Real Estate License or CPM designation
Experience managing mixed-use or large commercial portfolios
