Immediate need for Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations at a Class A Office Building in the Beverly Hills area. This position will work with a team of Janitorial, Engineering, Parking, Security and Administrative staff and report directly to Building Ownership.
Duties will include:
-Construction Management (Cap-X and TI)
-Budget generation
-CAM Estimates and Reconciliations
-Tenant relations, Leasing support
-Monthly reports
-Negotiate vendor contracts
-Other duties as needed
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of recent experience as a Commercial Property Manager overseeing office buildings
-Proven experience generating reports and updating data in Yardi
