REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have recent experience in Commercial Property Management with management of Office buildings.
-Residential/Apartment experience will not be considered.
-Experience with MRI preferred

In this position, you will support the Senior Portfolio Manager with the following duties:

-Attend landlord, tenant and vendor meetings
-Collect quotes from vendors for anticipated projects
- Code and submit AP for processing
-Collect tenant billbacks and review charges with the accounting team
-Send out rent statements and perform collection calls when needed
-Maintain Tenant and Vendor COIs
-Create lease abstracts
-Additional duties as needed
