Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Property Assistant to support our growing property management team in Kent, WA. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in commercial property operations, tenant relations, and administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily property operations, including tenant communications and lease administration.
Support property managers with financial and administrative tasks, such as invoicing, reporting, and record-keeping.
Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain organized property files and databases.
Help with property inspections and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support preferred.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
