Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in commercial buildings? We’re partnering with a top-tier real estate organization to find dedicated Maintenance Technicians for their portfolio of high-end, Class A office properties in the Tampa area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong facilities team and grow within a professional, customer-focused environment.

Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Pay Rate: $26.50 – $30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (plus rotating on-call shifts for nights, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across Class A commercial office buildings (300,000 – 1M+ SF)
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, common areas, and building exteriors
• Handle plumbing and electrical fixture installation/repair, minor HVAC repairs (filters, belts), and leak mitigation
• Support preventive maintenance, including logging HVAC and water treatment readings
• Assist with fire/life safety system testing and emergency preparedness
• Complete maintenance requests through an online service platform
• Provide high-quality service and communication to tenants and building management

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial maintenance experience (office, retail, or hospital environments)
• Strong general maintenance knowledge (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical)
• Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; professional demeanor
• Team-oriented and reliable; able to work independently or collaboratively
• Comfortable with heights, roof access, and physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs, extended periods of standing, ladder use)
