Seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Processor to support the successful processing and closing of commercial, construction, and standby letter of credit transactions. This role works closely with loan officers, clients, and third parties to ensure complete, compliant, and accurate loan files in a fast-paced banking environment.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with loan officers, customers, title & escrow, attorneys, brokers, and other third parties to gather required documentation
• Compile and review financial, collateral, and construction loan documents; identify and clear missing items
• Manage loan files through closing, ensuring all conditions and compliance requirements are satisfied
• Ensure adherence to RESPA, Reg B, OFAC, HMDA, Adverse Action, and Flood regulations
• Utilize banking systems and software to maintain accurate loan records
• Deliver a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer service
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Commercial Loan Processing experience
• Strong knowledge of underwriting documentation, collateral, and closing processes
• Experience with commercial and construction loans required; standby letters of credit highly desirable
• Familiarity with lending compliance regulations and flood insurance guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience with BakerHill NextGen (CLOS) and Fiserv DNA is a plus
