We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our Orlando office. This is a full-time, in-office role offering the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile litigation matters alongside a dynamic team of legal professionals.

About the Role:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play an essential role in supporting our attorneys and enhancing overall efficiency within the litigation practice group. You’ll be responsible for managing information, assisting with trial preparation, interacting with clients, and ensuring the timely and accurate handling of all litigation support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with complex commercial litigation matters, including trial preparation and case management
Utilize document management systems and e-Discovery platforms to organize, track, and manage case files
Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals
Accurately track and record billable time
Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial

Desired Background:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal in complex commercial litigation
Strong preference for experience in Trust & Estate, Intellectual Property, Employment Law, or Real Estate
Trial preparation experience is required
Proficiency with e-Discovery tools and legal document management systems
Solid understanding of litigation procedures and billing practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Note: This position is not suitable for candidates whose primary background is in insurance defense or personal injury litigation.
