A prestigious downtown Miami law office is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to shareholders and associates.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of State and Federal court procedures/requirements and e-filing.
- Appellate and class action experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document management systems (experience with Filesite preferred).
- Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, proofread, revise, and file legal documents.
- Manage and calendar court deadlines.
- Coordinate attorney schedules, travel, and appointments.
- Maintain case files and records.
- Handle intake and conflict check requests.
- Assist with time entry and client billing.
- Support attorneys and colleagues as needed.
- Prepare for depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
- Coordinate preparation of motions and briefs, including assembly of exhibits, filing, and service.
- Assist with trial preparation, including gathering and organizing trial exhibits and binders.
- Perform additional administrative and litigation support duties as assigned.
