Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you a licensed professional in Property & Liability insurance with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills? We are looking for a Commercial Lines Claims Adjuster to join our team in West Valley City, UT. In this role, you will handle commercial accounts, investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims while ensuring fair outcomes and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct thorough investigations of commercial claims, including reviewing policies, assessing damages, and gathering supporting documentation.
Evaluate claim exposure and develop resolution strategies tailored to commercial clients.
Negotiate settlements within assigned authority limits in accordance with company and industry standards.
Maintain detailed and accurate claim records and documentation.
Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, vendors, and internal teams throughout the claim process.
Manage multiple active claims, prioritizing high-impact cases effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed in Property & Liability insurance (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in commercial claims adjustment is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
