We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our commercial insurance team. This role provides customer service and administrative support for commercial accounts, assisting producers and Account Managers with new and renewal business, submissions, and ongoing account servicing. What You’ll Do

• Support marketing efforts by preparing applications, obtaining quotes, and coordinating coverage.
• Assist Account Managers with renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Prepare client proposals and professional correspondence.
• Issue certificates and evidence of property insurance.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, producers, and underwriters.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2–3 years of insurance experience (commercial lines preferred).
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strong ability to read and interpret insurance policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
