Commercial HVAC Service Technician

If you’re a commercial HVAC tech who can diagnose fast, repair right, and communicate clearly, this is a steady, long-term opportunity with a team that respects your craft and keeps you busy.
What you’ll work on
RTUs, VAV, VRF/VRV, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and related commercial equipment
Preventative maintenance, service calls, and troubleshooting
Start-ups/commissioning support when new systems go in
What you’ll do
Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Perform system checks, adjustments, refrigerant charging, leak testing, and component replacement
Complete scheduled PMs to improve reliability and energy performance
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
Close out work orders in a mobile system with accurate notes, parts, and time
Provide clear recommendations to customers and maintain a professional jobsite presence
Follow OSHA, EPA, and local code requirements at all times
What we’re looking for
2–5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
EPA 608 (Type II or Universal)
Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical)
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoors
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Nice to have
Trade school or HVAC technical training
Local/state HVAC license (where applicable)
BAS/BMS exposure, controls, or energy management experience
