We are seeking a Commercial Fleet Subrogation Adjuster to investigate and recover costs related to commercial auto and fleet claims. This role focuses on determining liability, pursuing recovery opportunities, and negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and responsible parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Review commercial auto and fleet claims to identify subrogation opportunities
Investigate losses, analyze reports, and determine liability
Negotiate recoveries with insurance companies and third parties
Maintain accurate claim documentation and follow up on recoveries
Work with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution
Qualifications:
Experience in subrogation, commercial auto claims, or insurance adjusting
Strong investigation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple claims and maintain detailed records
Proficiency with claims systems and Microsoft Office
