A company in the Greenville area is seeking a Project Manager experienced in commercial construction to support a growing manufacturing portfolio. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project execution and supporting leadership by assuming primary responsibility for multiple active projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

-Managing construction projects for manufacturing facilities from pre-construction through closeout
-Planning schedules, budgets, and cost controls
-Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
-Monitoring progress and resolving risks, delays, and scope changes
-Managing contracts, change orders, and project documentation
-Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
-Leading project meetings
-Mentoring team members
-Providing regular status, financial, and forecast reporting to leadership

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction of manufacturing facilities
-Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
-Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency with construction management and office software
-Prior leadership and mentoring experience
