Assistant Portfolio Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Portfolio Manager to support a Senior Portfolio Manager in overseeing a small portfolio of office properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial property management experience who is looking to grow their career within a supportive and hands-on environment.
Location: Encino (Onsite)
Salary: $55,000 – $70,000
Key Responsibilities
Request, collect, and maintain tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Create purchase orders and contracts (templates provided)
Code invoices and batch with proper supporting documentation prior to submission to Accounting
Coordinate tenant events, holiday gifts, and seasonal décor
Issue rent invoices and assist with light collections
Assist with preparation of property budgets under supervision of the Portfolio Manager
Complete lease abstracts
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of commercial property management experience (required)
Experience with MRI property management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and tenant service skills
