Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial warehouse and commercial properties, along with one office complex association. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple properties and priorities. The Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
In this role, you will manage daily property operations, including conducting site inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and overseeing building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety, and security. You will build strong tenant relationships by responding to inquiries, managing move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring lease compliance. Financial responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, reporting, and expense management using Yardi Breeze Premier, as well as supporting CAM reconciliations and property-related financial tracking.
You will also oversee lease administration by maintaining accurate records, tracking renewals, and assisting with lease negotiations and amendments. Additionally, this position includes managing an office complex association, coordinating board meetings, preparing documentation, and overseeing common area maintenance and budgets. Vendor management is a key component, requiring you to source, negotiate, and monitor service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of commercial and/or industrial property management experience (no residential)
Advanced experience with Yardi (Yardi Breeze Premier required; please specify version)
Strong understanding of leases, property operations, and financial reporting
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with association (HOA/POA) management is a plus
Real estate license or CPM/RPA designation preferred
Additional Details:
Portfolio: 31 tenants across 13 locations
Travel: Property visits 1–3 days per week (up to 45 miles from the office; Inland Empire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
