Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional Entry-Level Collector to join our Fort Worth team for a long-term contract position. This role involves handling high-risk collections through inbound and outbound calls, managing daily account lists, providing backup support for team members, and completing special assignments as directed by management.
Important: Applicants must be able to fully commit to the work schedule outlined below. Candidates unable to meet these requirements will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound manual and dialer collection calls.
• Manage and prioritize assigned account lists daily.
• Provide backup support for other agents as needed.
• Complete additional lists and projects assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Previous collections experience is not required—reliable, responsible individuals are encouraged to apply.

Training and Work Schedule
• Training: Three weeks of in-office classroom training, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Work Environment: Fully onsite during training and until demonstrating the ability to work independently. Once independent, one scheduled work-from-home day per week is permitted.

Additional Information
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• Contract Length: 12+ months, with the possibility of extension.
• Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
