Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and professional individuals for an entry-level collections role focused on high-risk accounts. This position involves daily phone-based outreach and support for account resolution. Candidates will work assigned account lists, assist other agents as needed, and handle additional tasks as directed by management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make inbound and outbound calls using manual and dialer systems.
• Follow up on assigned accounts and support team members who are out of office.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with management on special projects and account lists.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Collections experience is not required—we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
• Fully onsite during training and until you demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Once independent, you’ll be eligible for one scheduled work-from-home day per week.
