Collections Specialist (Collector) needed for a national credit union. Duties include outbound calls to members whose secured and unsecured debt owed to credit union are past due, assisting with getting their accounts current, and establishing repayment methods. This is NOT a hard collections position as member relationships are important and credit union would like to have them remained intact. Computer software skills are a must, as well as outstanding customer service skills.

A minimum of 2 years of previous collections experience within a banking or financial services environment if required. Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply.

This is a 100% onsite full time, temp-to-hire position paying $24/hr. Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. PDT with alternating Saturdays.

Must be able to pass a felony/misdemeanor background check.
