About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Collections Representative to join a growing team within the insurance sector. In this role, you will handle outbound calls to follow up on client accounts, update payment statuses, maintain accurate documentation, and help keep accounts current.
This is not a call center environment — it is a professional office setting with stability, training, and growth opportunities. The company is looking to build out a full Collections department, making this a great opportunity for long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to follow up on outstanding client accounts
Document account activity and update payment status
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized account records
Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Support the overall collections process as needed
Requirements
1–2 years of collections experience required
Comfortable handling a high volume of outgoing calls
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Coachable, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment
