We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Collections Representative to support returned payment resolution, protect company revenue, and deliver exceptional client service. This role is ideal for candidates with collections experience who thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Full-Time | In-Office | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Responsibilities
· Accurately research and resolve bank returned items and payment discrepancies
· Manage daily processing of returns, EDI payment reports, and payroll hold reports
· Provide high-quality customer service while protecting company revenue
· Educate clients, branch teams, and product areas on resolution processes and service alternatives
· Research and resolve product or service issues for clients and field teams
· Handle client objections and work toward return-to-completion to recover lost revenue
· Evaluate client accounts to determine appropriate service while minimizing risk
· Maintain daily call volume requirements and adhere to departmental procedures
· Ensure compliance with FDCPA, NACHA, and regulatory standards
· Participating in ongoing product and compliance training
Products & Systems Exposure May Include
Taxpay, Direct Deposit, Readychex, Garnishments, 401(k), Workers’ Compensation, Health & Benefits, National Health FSA, FSA Debit Card, and Advantage platforms.
Qualifications
· Collections experience required
· High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
· Background in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll preferred
· Call center experience a plus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
· Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
