We’re looking for a Collections Representative to join our team and help manage outstanding receivables while delivering top-tier service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients regarding overdue invoices in a professional and empathetic manner through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Review and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify and prioritize delinquent accounts.
Collaborate with Credit Analysts to resolve payment discrepancies and provide insights into customer trends and concerns.
Negotiate payment plans and payoff deadlines with customers, maintaining a balance between financial goals and client satisfaction.
Investigate and resolve account disputes and billing discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Ensure a positive customer experience during the collections process by building trust and understanding unique business needs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and tact.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with credit systems and financial platforms is a plus.
Experience working collaboratively with credit or finance teams.
