We’re looking for a Collections Representative to manage outstanding receivables while providing excellent customer service. The role involves building strong customer relationships and collaborating with credit analysts to resolve payment issues and ensure healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on overdue invoices, maintaining a respectful and customer-focused approach.
Review accounts receivable aging reports, document collection activities, and track payment commitments.
Work with credit analysts to assess customer payment trends, refine credit terms, and resolve disputes or escalations.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide clear responses to inquiries about account status, billing, and payments.

Qualifications:
Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service in a B2B environment is ideal but not required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with credit analysis processes is a plus.
