We're looking for motivated individuals to join our collections team and help us:
Contact customers to discuss overdue account.
Negotiate payment plans.
Ensure timely resolution of overdue balances.
Investigating and resolving discrepancies in payments.
Update customer records.
Maintain accurate documentation of collection efforts.
Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Familiarity with collections software and financial systems (preferred but not required).
