A well-established firm is seeking a Collections/Billing Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
-High-volume billing: draft, review, and finalize invoices
-Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and rate agreements
-Manage matter setup and status changes in billing systems
-Submit and track electronic invoices and budgets
-Handle collections, research billing issues, and follow up with clients and attorneys
-Support audits, reporting, and special projects
Qualifications & Skills:
-Degree in Business or Accounting preferred (or equivalent experience)
-Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-Typing speed of 45+ WPM; 10-key a plus
-Team player with flexibility and initiative
-Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism
