Looking for an experienced CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST who will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls by phone or email from clients and internal departments. The calls will be related to but not limited to requests for documents, account research, clearing account set-up issues and general account questions. The primary account activities are account closings, updating active accounts, giving status updates, and retrieving document requests for clients and immediate supervisor and internal departments. Those with a banking/financial services/mortgage/escrow/brokerage backgrounds have excelled in this role. Position is a full-time, temp-to-hire position paying up to $26.44/hr. to start depending on experience. This position requires passing a background check.
