We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Client Support Specialist to join our customer service team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for handling 100+ inbound calls daily, assisting end users by performing cache clearing and other basic troubleshooting, and delivering professional, timely resolutions. This position is for second shift, and candidates must be available to work until 9:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and resolve a high volume of inbound customer calls (100+ daily) with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide technical support by guiding users through clearing cache and other basic troubleshooting steps.
Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions provided in the system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and support procedures.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to manage a high call volume efficiently and effectively.
Basic technical skills, including familiarity with web browsers and clearing cache.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work second shift until 9:00 PM.
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
