We are seeking a Concierge Solutions Manager to join our team supporting our most sophisticated and high-net-worth clients. This is not a sales or advisory role — it's a rare opportunity to blend personalized service, financial domain expertise, and strategic relationship management in a client-facing capacity.

In this role, you’ll guide clients through a highly tailored, white-glove experience—helping them navigate financial complexity through education, curated solutions, and proactive support. You’ll serve as a connector, educator, and experience steward across tax, estate, retirement, and other planning topics, all while ensuring compliance and neutrality (no investment advice or asset management).

What You’ll Do
? Serve as a trusted relationship manager for UHNW clients
? Lead deep discovery conversations focused on legacy, planning, and family values
? Help clients navigate estate planning, tax strategy, and financial education
? Collaborate with internal experts and clients’ external advisors (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)
? Provide concierge-level service across company platform
? Design and improve internal policies, workflows, and client service models


What You Bring
?? CFP® certification (active) – required
?? 4+ years of experience in high-touch wealth or client service roles
?? FINRA Series 7 & 63/65 or 66
?? Experience supporting UHNW clients, family offices, or private wealth teams
?? Exceptional EQ, communication skills, and a service mindset
?? Comfortable in high-autonomy roles and fast-paced, innovative environments
?? Background in estate, tax, or retirement planning
