We are seeking a Client Services Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Downey, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with 3-5 years of experience supporting clients, coordinating orders, and working closely with internal production, operations, and design teams.
The Client Services Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure requests are handled accurately, timelines are communicated clearly, and service expectations are met. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, order updates, project status, and service-related questions.
- Coordinate with production, operations, design, and internal support teams to ensure client needs are communicated and fulfilled accurately.
- Process and track client orders, requests, documentation, and updates through internal systems.
- Follow up on timelines, resolve service issues, and escalate concerns when needed to maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, order details, changes, and project requirements.
- Support a positive client experience by providing professional, timely, and solutions-oriented service.
Compensation and Benefits
- $27.00 to $31.00 per hour.
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

- Support order processing, project tracking, and documentation accuracy.
- Partner with internal teams to help ensure client expectations and timelines are met.
- Resolve client questions and service issues with professionalism and urgency.
- 3-5 years of experience in client services, customer service, account coordination, order management, or a related support role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and follow through on details.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems used for order entry, customer tracking, or documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a production, operations, design, architectural services, or project-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting clients in architectural services, design services, manufacturing, production, or custom product environments.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or order management systems.
- Experience coordinating with production, operations, estimating, project management, or design teams.
- Strong ability to build client trust while maintaining accurate internal communication.
