We are seeking a Client Services Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Downey, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with 3 to 5 years of experience supporting client accounts, coordinating order activity, and working closely with internal operations teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
The Client Services Specialist will serve as a key communication link between customers and internal departments, helping ensure orders, inquiries, updates, and service needs are handled accurately and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, service requests, and account support needs.
- Coordinate with production, operations, shipping, and internal support teams to provide accurate information and timely follow-up.
- Enter, review, and maintain customer orders, account details, and related documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor order status, communicate changes or delays, and help resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Support internal workflow by tracking requests, updating systems, and ensuring client expectations are clearly communicated.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams through clear communication and dependable service.
Compensation and Benefits
- $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

- Support customer accounts, order activity, and client service requests in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Coordinate communication between customers, production, shipping, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details, follow-up notes, and service documentation.
- Assist with issue resolution, status updates, and day-to-day client support workflow.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in client services, customer service, account support, order coordination, or a related role.
- Experience working in manufacturing, production, distribution, or operations support is strongly relevant.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when entering orders, updating records, and reviewing information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage follow-up, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency using business systems, email, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Positive, service-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting customer accounts in a manufacturing or production-based business.
- Familiarity with order processing, ERP systems, inventory updates, shipping coordination, or production scheduling support.
- Bilingual communication skills may be helpful in a diverse customer and operations environment.
- Experience working in a temp-to-hire or fast-paced staffing-supported environment.
