Job Summary
A growing financial services organization in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support client relationships and deliver a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing service support. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys client communication, account coordination, and working closely with internal teams.
The Client Services Coordinator will serve as a key contact for clients, helping manage requests, documentation, account activity, service updates, and follow-up items. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to questions, requests, and service needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate client onboarding, including documentation collection, account setup, client communication, and follow-up tracking.
- Support account management and internal teams by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, tracking deliverables, and assisting with client requests.
- Maintain accurate client records, account information, service documentation, and communication history in CRM systems.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve issues, coordinate deliverables, and ensure client needs are met.
- Help monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service processes, workflows, and the overall customer experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire position.
- Salary range: $58,000 to $70,000 per year.
- Location: Kirkland, WA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate client onboarding, account setup, documentation, and ongoing service activities.
- Manage client communications, follow-ups, reports, presentations, and service updates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support account management teams with client requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the client experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client services, customer support, account coordination, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client requests.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships and provide a high level of customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting account managers, sales teams, financial services teams, or other client-facing groups.
- Experience preparing client reports, presentations, proposals, or performance updates.
- Experience coordinating projects, events, client programs, or service initiatives.
