Client Services Office Coordinator
Location: Downtown San Diego (Onsite)
Compensation: Up to $62K (may consider higher for strong candidates)

A growing wealth management firm in downtown San Diego is seeking a Client Services Office Coordinator to support financial advisors and deliver high-touch service to clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in wealth management, banking, or financial services who enjoys client interaction and administrative support.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for clients (phone, email, in person)
Support financial advisors with client service and daily operations
Assist with account openings, maintenance, transfers, and paperwork
Coordinate client onboarding and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and follow-ups
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Maintain accurate client records in CRM and custodial systems
Support general office operations and special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience in wealth management, financial services, or banking
Client service or advisor support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional communication and client-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with CRM or custodial platforms is a plus
