Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our onsite team in Bothell, WA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional client support, coordinating services, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office environment.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests

Coordinate client services, appointments, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate records, reports, and client documentation

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently

Support onboarding, account updates, and client communications

Assist with process improvements to enhance client experience

Top 3 Must-Haves:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office systems

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous client services, customer service, or administrative experience a plus

Must be able to work onsite in Bothell, WA

Office-based role, 100% onsite
