Client Services Coordinator – Financial Services (Direct Hire)
Location: Kirkland, WA (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $23–$27/hour

In this role, you’ll ensure clients have a seamless experience while supporting internal teams with accurate, timely service. If you thrive in a structured environment where your efforts make a visible impact, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Manage client service tasks such as distributions, RMDs, and beneficiary updates using Salesforce.
Communicate with internal teams to make sure client needs are met efficiently and accurately.
Provide professional, friendly support to clients via phone, email, and in person.
Keep detailed records and ensure follow-through on all service items.
Collaborate with advisors and departments to continuously improve the client experience.
Suggest process improvements to help the team work smarter.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in wealth management, insurance, or a related client-facing role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
Salesforce proficiency required; experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Workspace, or databases a plus.
A calm, steady personality with a focus on teamwork and client care.
