Job Overview:
A growing professional services firm is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for clients. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams and is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for client communications via phone, email, and in person
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and service teams
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence logs
Support onboarding and intake processes for new clients
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports as needed
Monitor project timelines and assist with ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client inquiries or issues quickly and professionally
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in client services, customer support, administrative, or account coordination roles
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with CRM or project tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com) a plus
High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
