Position Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Banking Operations & Client Service Specialist. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to both front-line client service and back-office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building client relationships, and ensures accuracy and compliance in every aspect of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Building

Deliver exceptional service to clients, prospects, and colleagues through in-person, phone, and email interactions.

Serve as a trusted representative of the bank, building lasting relationships through professionalism and care.

Operational Accuracy & Compliance

Maintain a strong working knowledge of internal banking procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Perform daily operational tasks and reviews with precision and attention to detail to ensure full compliance.

Follow risk management protocols to safeguard client data and maintain regulatory standards.

Account Management

Serve as the primary contact for new account openings, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the bank’s products and services to support client needs or escalate appropriately.

Collaborate with relationship managers and internal teams to provide seamless client service.

Teller Functions

Accurately process a variety of teller transactions while maintaining control of your assigned cash drawer in accordance with bank policies.

Uphold operational integrity in all financial transactions and reporting.

Team Support & Development

Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, sharing best practices to promote a culture of operational excellence.

Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client service.

Excellent organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

In-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in banking systems and related software tools.

A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client care.
