Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, professional, and accurate support.

- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $48,932 to $60,996 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Serve as a client-facing support resource for account inquiries, documentation, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs and ensure timely communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client materials with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support ongoing improvements to client satisfaction and relationship management.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferred in client services, account management, financial services support, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach to client communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in client services, account management, financial planning support, financial services, or a related professional services environment.
- Familiarity with client account documentation, financial reports, or client-facing administrative support.
- Interest in building a long-term career in financial services or financial planning support.
